There is a communal pool situated in its own enclosure with lockable gate. Shared with only 6 other
villas, you will often find that you have the pool to yourselves. The south facing garden is completely
private and secluded with Eucalyptus trees to the side and a beautiful view of the rolling countryside to the rear, a lovely
place to sunbathe or enjoy alfresco meals. Within the communal grounds is a children’s play area,
visible from the house and pool area. Although
rarely required, there is central heating to all rooms. For the security conscious the development is electronically gated
with video entry operated from within the villa and lockable shutters to windows.
